We love all of our clients at Glow North Lakes, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Beauty Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. Glow Policy
We understand that sometimes things change and there may be a need to reschedule your appointment.

You will receive a reminder text 72 hours before your appointment time and a email 5 days prior your treatment.

A system generated 30% booking fee will be charged should you not give notice of your cancellation 48-hours or more before your booked appointment. We hope you understand the value of our time and the necessity to ask for as much notice as possible for a cancellation. If you aren't able to give us 48-hours notice and have to cancel your appointment at short notice, you have 2 options:
